These terms apply to your use of timbuktupublications.com and to orders placed on it. The site is run by Timbuktu Studios Pvt Ltd, Delhi, India (“we”, “us”). Timbuktu Publications is our publishing imprint.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we do, we refund you in full.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is a paid order for a book that has not yet been released. We ship pre-ordered books on or soon after the release date shown on the book page. If the release date changes, we will tell you by email, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
