Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order, including a pre-order, before it is dispatched, and get a full refund. Write to support@timbuktupublications.com with your order number.

Damaged or wrong books

If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong title, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
